How to "hide" AP markers

Is there a way to hide the AP markers in NetSpot? I can toggle the names and SSIDs in the sidebar, but the icons themselves seem stuck on the map. Am I missing a ‘hide’ button?

Here is a quick workaround to hide AP markers:

  1. Open Heatmap Settings: Go to NetSpot > Settings… in the top menu bar and select the Heatmap tab. (Or just click the Heatmap Settings icon in the top-right corner).
  2. Adjust AP Detection Sensitivity: Look for the sensitivity slider and move it toward -10 dBm.

Why this works: Since it’s rare for an AP to maintain a -10 dBm signal across your entire map, NetSpot simply stops rendering the icons because they no longer meet the display threshold.
